Great app. It made my phone plan really easy, and its really transparent to how much data, etc youve used.

Visiting for a month from Canada. It was very easy to set up my phone for giffgaff. This app helps me to make the best use of a very good service. I recommend providing a link to the app on the activation email.

This app needs a widget, like every other networks have. It should have a quick view of data and calls usage

Alright giffgaff, enough is enough. Stop pretending youre some creepy, douchy friend of mine it´s not working it´s just really offputting. Dont act like youre not a big corporation. Also what the hell is with the cellular data settings? I lost 3g after like 3 weeks and there is no help whatsoever to be found. If you were some down to earth guy as you like to portray yourself id be able to access the internet in the city!

Cheap, good deal for student but need to improve the 3G network before trying to sell some fake 4G

*The "extra" minutes are not shown. *APN Settings are GREAT! *please add a reminder to top up before the 3 months run out. When I add £50 to my account, it unfortunately lasts too long, and I get charged for every call and message to giffgaff.

The App dident Start up.

Ever since the most recent update, which has numerous improved features, it seems that the app requires you to log on every time I open it. Wish there was a way to have the app remember your username and password.

Very useful app but with some bug, please could you fix it? It suddenly close, it doesnt refresh. Thanks!!

Pleasant layout, easy to use, nice colors. Avoids having to call the number or go online to check balance etc

Could do with iPhone 5 support, and the ability to change auto top-up / goodybag renewal settings from within the app. Also the username field mistakenly accepts uppercase characters. However this is very useful for checking remaining balance, and accessing APN settings if needed.

This app is quite literally just a bunch of links that open in safari forcing me to type in credentials every time. Why was this even released?
